  Timeshare owners on Aruba are persons / families that bought a right to use or a deeded property on the island of Aruba.  Many owners are affiliated with companies such as RCI, HSI or Interval International and have the opportunity to use the exchange possibilities for a vacation in another country or other location.
  Timeshare owners (timeshare) world wide  are persons / families that bought a right to use or a deeded property in another country (Not on Aruba) as a basis for a vacation interest. Owners who are visiting Aruba thru an exchange company like RCI, HSI or Interval International.
  What we consider as "not a timeshare owner" are any other guests that visit Aruba and do not own any timeshare anywhere in the world or Aruba.
