Frequently Asked Questions.

WILL I RECEIVE A MEMBERSHIP CARD?  No, our club does not issue an actual membership card so you will not have to worry about making sure you have it with you at all times.  You only need to take the coupon with you for the participant you are going to visit.   The advantage to you is that on each respective coupon you will see the discount that participant offers along with their requirements to obtain the discount.

 

HOW LONG ARE MY COUPONS VALID?  For the timeshare owner, the validation dates shown on the coupons will be three (3) days before your arrival and three (3) days after your departure from the week your registered.  For the non timeshare owner, the validation dates shown on the coupons will be from the date of arrival through the date of departure up to a maximum of fourteen (30) days.

 

MAY I CHANGE MY INFORMATION AFTER REGISTRATION? Yes.  After Login, click on Change Account.  The changes are limited to Personal Information, User Name, E Mail Address, and Password.  You may not change your weeks or your check in or check out date.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADVERTISE MY UNIT ON THE PROMOTION BOARD WITHOUT PAYING A FEE?  Yes for all the timeshare owners on Aruba who registered their week can, without any cost advertise their unit for sale or for rent.

 

HOW DO I GET MY COUPONS?  After you go through the entire registration process and you have selected those participants which interest you, click on PRINT VOUCHERS.  Next,  Click on the print vouchers(coupons).  Go to your own personal e mail account and you will see a confirmation from Discount Club Aruba.  (If it is not in your In Box, also check your Bulk mail

 

DO I ONLY HAVE ONE OPPORTUNITY TO CHOOSE WHICH COUPONS I WANT?  You are only able to print one coupon for each of our participants, but you are always able to log on to your account and print those coupons you had not previously selected.  But please always remember, we are constantly adding new participants to your discount club, so it may be easier for you to make all of your selections just prior to your departure date.
